Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order in the United States.

Processing time

Every tee is printed to order in the USA, after you order. In busy weeks it can take a little longer, and we'll email you if it does.

Delivery time

Usually delivered in 5 to 9 business days. Holidays, weather and very busy periods can add to that.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we email you the tracking link. You can also see it any time on your Orders page.

Marked delivered but not received?

This doesn't happen often. Packages are often taken in by family, neighbors, building staff or an office mail room, so check with them first.

If you still can't find it, email hello@wearzojo.com within 48 hours of the delivery message, with your order number and tracking number. We'll raise it with the carrier right away. After 48 hours it gets much harder to trace.

In genuine cases we refund you in full once the carrier's check is done, which can take up to 10 business days.
